The 400 square meters' garden is full South. It is surrounded by hedges and trees. On the left, you have a field, opposite, you have a field and on the right… I do not make you say it… another field.
The plums were good this summer. The blackberries of the fields neighbourhood were it also in September.
Environment is calm. Busy's roads are more than 1 km.
Sea and countryside are close.
You can take your bicycle. Environment is rather flat (except the last 800m to arrive at beach. The outward journey is pleasant. At the return, these 800m puts in good condition for the remainder of the course who is flat).
Nature is close the house. At Easter, we disturbed a small hare in its tasting of Easter's eggs, left by the bells.
